BE Ballistics (“the app”) is a long-range ballistics calculator for Android. This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle. In short: the app collects no personal data and is built to work entirely offline.
None. The app has no user accounts, no login, and includes no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting software. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.
Your settings, rifle profiles, loads and calculation inputs are saved locally on your device only. They never leave your phone and are not visible to us. Removing the app removes this data.
With your device’s standard sensors, the app may read the barometer (air pressure) and compass (heading) to improve firing solutions. These readings are used on your device in the moment and are never transmitted or stored remotely.
The app requests no internet or network permissions and makes no network connections. The complete ballistics database ships inside the app, so everything runs on your device — nothing is uploaded or downloaded, ever.
We do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to third parties — because we do not collect any.
The app concerns firearms and shooting sports and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
